REFUND POLICY

Services

• No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please let us know, and we will work to resolve the issue with an alternative treatment or accommodation.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: To avoid any cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

• Pre-Paid Packages: Pre-paid service packages (such as facials or waxing series) are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or exchanged for other services of equal value.

Products

• Unopened Products: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Celtic Charm Beauty, we will gladly issue a refund for unopened and unused products returned within 7 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a receipt.

• Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you experience an allergic reaction or other issue, please contact us, and we will assist you in finding a solution.

Gift Cards

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards purchased from Celtic Charm Beauty are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may, however, be used for any service or product available at our spa.
